DecisionTune 1.0

By DecisionTune · Released 4 Oct 2026

A local decision model built on ModernBERT-large: give it a state, a question and options, and it returns a probability for each option in one encoder pass. It handles choice and yes/no questions without generating text, through PyTorch, MLX or ONNX. The open weights are under Apache-2.0. The date is when the weights repository went up on Hugging Face.

RealStop: catch work handed back by a coding agent

Source: decision-tune/realstop ↗

A Claude Code Stop hook with a local fine-tune of DecisionTune 1.0 that can block a turn ending that hands work back to the user. VENDOR-REPORTED on 864 test turn ends: the moderate setting caught 67.5% (195 of 289) of hand-backs at 15.8% false interventions, against 56.7% and 14.6% for phrase rules. That test split guided development. Both members were correct in only 16% (37 of 229) of synthetic pairs; the model did not beat phrase rules there. Warm model latency was a median 27 ms on an M5 Pro. The hook cannot verify claimed task completion.
