Open decision models in three sizes that read text, images and video, built on Qwen3.5. They answer through both [Jev](<https://decisionmodels.ai/models/jev>)'s System One format and OpenAI's Decisions format, with a free web demo and API. The date is when the first weights went up on Hugging Face; the 4B followed on 6 October.
