A 150M pull-request decision model built on TS-Ettin-150M. It asks five fixed questions about a diff, covering description agreement, review difficulty, compatibility, test coverage and security. Its 8-bit ONNX package runs the questions in one CPU pass. The questions use choice and yes/no answers; this is a specialist package.
